should i choose delts over glute's ?

i've done gluts before...2 years ago...wanna get on sust 250, would delts be ok...or should i stick to glute's ?

im using omandren 250 ( similar to sust 250 ) and i use my delts. Very little pain and discomfort.

I would rotate injection sites and not just stick to one

I currently taking 500mg @ week of Sustanon. I inject twice a week. I can tell you it is a little painful. I rotate my injections from my quads, glutes, and delts.

hey Rafael...what part of New York do you live ? I lived in brooklyn for 17 years before i joined the service...man do i miss the deals out there...clothes, jewelry, the girls....canal st....enjoy it man!
