What the FOCK "defines" a "class" of AAS??

People are constantly mentioning "class this" ... or "class that" ... and using this classification system to justify stacking principals - BUT! Is there an agreement of what a class actually is? And how AAS are classified? Or is it just the interpretation of some people? I HAD originally heard that there are three - and just read a thread on a board I don't contribute on that there are SEVEN!!!??? WTF?

    'splain it to me... please!

    thanks...

I've heard the term "family" to classify a certain group of AAS and perhaps this is what people are referring to.

Okay ... to avoid confussion, I'm not referencing the family: I.e.,

    19-nor
    Test
    DHT

    ... something else apparently.

    Thanks to shrpskn

Bill Roberts class steroids like this, class 1 and class 2 steroids.

Class 1 are those that have binding affinity to the Androgen recepter, while class 2 AAS are dose that have non-AR meditaded mechanisms of muscle grow.

"Family" is my term, actually (correctly identified here as DHT, 19-nor, & Test)

"Class" is Bill Roberts term (also correctly identified here as Class 1 and Class 2)

I don't think either of those terms would be found in any medical journals or whatever...it's just categories that each of us made up to make talking about steroids a bit easier in reference to our own writing.
