    Heavy/Short cycle revisied

    Hey,

    I posted my original cycle a few days back and after taking onboard a little advice from Marcus and others I have decided on the following:

    1.25g Test Prop/wk
    750mg Tren A/wk
    700mg Winny/wk

    I'm going to prime until the end of Feb and start March 1st. For a 5 week cycle the cost was nuts but I'm sure it will be well worth it.

    The next thing to sort is my training principle I'm going to apply - I've been on a progressive Push/Pull programme for 4 weeks and will continue until March 1st. With the new anabolic elixir running through the veins I am considering the either DC training, EDT Training or back to a 4 day split. I know this is work out related but it relative to the type of cycle I'll be using - what's the concensus on these principles based on the heavy 5 week cycle?

    If your going to do a heavy short cycle the dose what you would use is worked off your cycle history also compounds used within this cycle are designed from your results from previous cycles, also i wouldnt like to comment on the dose you should use because i dont have your previous history and i wouldnt discuss the dose on the open forum only by PM, the dose you posted isnt what i call a heavy cycle, but on the other hand it may be for your cycle history,

    Tren is a powerful compound and when used within a short cycle or long cycle gains are very good,but if used with a heavy short cycle many report sides and longer recovery so caution is needed remeber its not what your looking for when doing a short cycle, experienced users of tren will use it and they know best how to fully recover so a lot of history using tren is needed especailly at a high dose, have you ran it before? if you did how did you respond? at what dose did you use it at? what sides did you recieve? how was recovery?

    Priming is the most important thing you can do when cycling, make sure you prime correctly and create that very anabolic enviroment and open the window for a growth spurt, dont be to harsh with yourself while priming do it slowly and try not to lose any muscle tissue only Body fat, its all these factors when put together what make it work so take your time designing the cycle and plan the diet and intense training program.

    Start the new style of training as soon as you start the cycle, heavy Intense dropsets to failure, pre-exhaust one wk following wk compound movemnets HIT.

    The cycle is fine. I would just do 700mg tren to make it nice and even. You are going to have to look out for sides. If tren sides come on hard back down the does to 400mg week.

    Oh and you are going to need hcg to recover from tren at that dose
