    Training frequency while on AAS

    I was wondering how often you guys train a bodypart. once or twice a week? I train each body part once a week. More or less follow Dorians theory, super high intensity then rest. But I was curiouse if less intense training and but more frequency would help with better gains considering we can recover much better while on AS.

    the only thing I hit twice is my back. I split that into core workout and beach muscle workout.

    I don't change the way I lift whether on or off cycle...., only my cardio and my nutrition. But I train ea muscle twice in 8 days
