took deca, how to deal with side effects

well..


i took 2 shots of 300ml of deca with a buddy of mine, until the bottle dropped on the tile and broke.. and about a month later we got on 250ml deca and took 4 shots of that..


we took a shot a week, and now i'm starting to really realize some side effects..



first and fore most, this is my first post but my concern is what brought me here so any help or advice would be great.



anyways, I notice now that walking far distances, or up and down many stairs I seem short on breath. and also my desire to have sex has DROPPED severly.. the drop in sex drive is what really has me ticked off. Situations I find myself in I would normally be fully ready to rock, but now I find it's hard to concentrate or really want things anymore..

I guess what I'm lookin for is answers. Tried to navigate the site a little bit but couldn't pin-point anything.. Should I start doing cardio works outs to get rid of my shortness of breath ( i havent done cardio in years) and also, what do I do about my loss of interest in my sexual drive?

First of all welcome to AR...I'm sure you will find all your answers here.

The first mistake you made here was going into this cycle uninformed...you need to get on an extremely aggressive PCT a.s.a.p.

The reason for your crashed sex drive is likely because you ran deca only and you should have at least included a trt dose of test @ 250mg/wk while you were running the deca.

I think it is safe to say your HPTA is crashed and you are very much "shut down".

Like I said, I would get on PCT a.s.a.p.

Now, your probably going to ask, "What's PCT"?

i was thinking about the same type of thing but i researched it to learn that deca suppresses natural testosterone levels.. i am also currently researching ways of maintaining a natural level of testosterone while using deca.

You ARE NOT going to maintain a "natural level" of testosterone while on AAS, especially a nandrolone such as deca.

The only thing you can do to combat the "shut down" of your natty test is to run at least a TRT dose of test @ 250mg/wk while you are running the cycle...most will opt to run at least 500mg/wk or more.

I'm looking for a dosage to counter act the suppression not try and boost my already high Natty Test... as deca suppresses Natty Test, what is a good dosage of Test E to take to maintain a level of test that would rival the Natural Test levels if deca were not present. u think Test E @ a low 250mg/wk would do the trick?

Administering 200-250mg/wk of synthetic test is considered a TRT (Testosterone Replacement Therapy) dose, so yes, 250mg/wk would be enough to replace the natty test that will be suppressed while on cycle.

Remember though, that your natty test is still going to be suppressed regardless. There is a major difference between supplementing synthetic testosterone and endogenous testosterone production.

I'm beginning to believe you are have great difficulty accepting this...this is all factual and you need to realize that admistration af AAS is going to suppress natty test production whether you like it or not.

Keep researching instead of continuing to argue the points that have already been made very clear to you in this thread and other threads as well.

well, first and foremost.. I did go into this unaware and uninformed about everything I'd be "looking forward to later on" ha! BUT


I read the PCT, and it sounds great! But to be honest I have no idea what half of that article is trying to tell me.. I guess I need the directions on what to use in lamins terms if anyone can help with that.. and as far as getting my hands on some of that stuff to help my body get back to normal, where the hell do i find all that?? Again, I'm new to this entire board, talk, roid abrreviations, ect. I guess if you can lay the 6 week thing out thatd be awesome (atleast I think that table is telling me its a 6 week recovery to try to get your body to normal..)

Again, I only took a 5/6 week cycle of it at a super small dosage ( if you would call it a cycle..) I didn't expect this much to happen necessarily...

Take some novaldex or letro with some hcg and you''ll be fine . The amount of juice you did isn't enough to even make you grow . And if it's the first time you ever did juice and are under 25 years of age it should have not affectted you . If your going to run deca only you should do at least 600mgs a week which minus the esters puts you were you need to be , but to insure penis health you should do at least 250 mgs of test -e or cyp a week
