    swollen knee from prop

Did a shot of prop 150mg 3 nights ago my in my quad.. Yesterday and today my knee is swolen and i can barely bend my leg. This also happened to a friend of mine before. What can i do to get the swelling to go down such as ice or heat or whatever? And is it bad that this happened

man, similar thing here, i go midleg so it's not in my knee, but it still kills for days after...don't know if it's the stuff or what...regardless, i use a steamin' hot towel and massage the area first, then inject, then repeat with the towel...helps a little, but i'm not used to this, i'm thinking it's this ugl stuff, dunno...

I'm going through the samething but i'm on day 5 and it feels like the pain or swelling has not gone down. I can barely see the top of my knee due to the sweelling. I've tried massaging it and stretching that hurts even more! What helps a lot is some Advils and a this 8 hr heat pack i bought from CVS. I can now work somewhat normal but the pain always comes back once the advil is out.

    take care

i'm using heat so i can push some of the swelling from my knee down to my leg by massaging. Advil does wonders though take that if you haven't
