    help with pec inj.

    have been wanting alternate sites. glutes go easiest for me , shoulders are "so-so" and quads suck for some reason. buddy highly recommends pec inj. so i told my wife (who is a nurse and does my shots) i wanted to try this and she strongly recommended that i dont, saying that i could hit a lymph node and that could be really bad. anyone have any advice on this or just your opinion?

    go to spot injections . com this will show you where to stick

    No lymph nodes where you should be injecting, those are all axillary area(armpit).

    pec injects were a regular part of my rotation.... love the pain... NO PAIN NO GAIN....if you don't have a meaty chest don't do try it!!
