Im due to inish my first course in 3 weeks and i was interested to see what any of you guys would recommend break wise before beginning the second cycle and any advice on a second stack. i considered upping the dosage and using the same course as my first.
FIRST COURSE
WEEK 1 - dbol 15mg daily with 1ml sustanon 250 mon, 1ml deca thurs, 1ml sus sun
WEEK 2- dbol 20mg daily 1ml deca wed, 1ml sus sat
WEEK 3- dbol 25mg daily 1ml deca tues, 1ml sus fri
WEEK 4- dbol 30mg daily 1ml deca mon, 1ml sus thu, 1ml deca sun
WEEK 5- dbol 25mg daily 1ml deca sat, 1ml sus wed
WEEK 6- dbol 20mg daily 1ml deca fri
WEEK 7- dbol 15mg daily 1ml deca thur, 1ml sus tue
WEEK 8- dbol 10mg daily 1ml deca wed sun, 1ml sus mon
Any advice reccomendations gladly accepted. My goals are to buid muscle and look good im currently 6"2 230-240lbs. training 5days a week may up to 7 on second cycle as i feel i was not maximising my gains.
