    How many Winny 50mgs/day?

    I just got some Winny 50mgs tabs... how many are good to take a day. I here that 2 or 100mg is ok... the tabs are not labled either, and so I am skeptical!!! Anyone who knows what they are talking about , post reply please... Thanks all

    100 mg a day is really harsh on your internal organs. Try 50 mg ed and give it three weeks...I think you will be happy with the gains in strength and also how your body will tighten up.

    well if they are :china: 's then i would not think 100mg is too much, most do 2 a day simply cuz they get 50mg results when taking 100mg of the blue stuff
