i think im sick

i think i have a cold, im 2 weeks into my cycle, should i continue my cycle and just take lots of vitamins and keep working out? or should i stop until im better

I'd just work through it by the time your cold is over your cycle should be kicking in very nice.

depending on what u are on..it could be test flu...rough it out..

I had the test flu up until wk 4 of my cycle..it sucked...
Ride it out it will go away

Keep working out, i always do. drink lots of oj take your vitamins do more cardio sweat it out.

Depends on what your taking...Test Cyp or Eth its not test flu. Takes three weeks for your blood plasma levels to be up. If your on prop it could be test flu...If your really sick, do not work out that day. Still stay on track as far as your cycle but working out while sick can make you worse, nor will you get a good work out. Just make it up on an off day.

Thats not true..I have definetly had the test flu from enanthate for almost 4wks on my last cycle...I would feel like shit for about two days after injection(aches and pains+fever) but around the 4th wk it stopped and turned out to be the best test I have had..

It's a long ester, your blood plasma levels do not elevate untill about 3 weeks in. So probably just sick...

im on week 3 of test enth and npp, and on sunday i got the most nasty arse flu ive had for years!!

was thinkin bollox, ganna have to stop as having a bad reaction, but then monday 5 other people foned up ill with exatly the same symptoms... actually happy its flu! ha
