Again For Newbies
The only way that WE are going to learn
"How,When,How much....etc.
it is READING & researching. i include my self, because most of the time we get.perhaps we should ask the right question on the right forum....
People here help a lot but dont spect them to do you homework!!!
You will be answer by so many senior guys here ,and they will tell you different things and some will both agree, but then again it is up to you to see how you body react to anything, and you are the only one whom know your body.
I still need a lot of research to do and to know how AAs work and how they can help you.
Remember first READ & REASERCH.
second INTRODUCE YOUR SELF WITH "STATS"
STATS ARE:
AGE,HEIGHT,WEIGH,SO MANY YEAR WORKING OUT,FIRST TIMER W/ AAs
AND BASICLY ANYTHING THAT THEY CAN HELP TO KNOW WHERE ARE YOU STANDING.
third: RESPECT IN ORDER TO BE RESPECTED.
DO NOT BUY GEAR FROM "NO ONE HERE"
C'MON YOU ARE HERE TO LEARN AND TO KNOW WHAT ARE WE DOING WHAT WILL DO.
Most and a lot of people come here bitching and complaining they will get banned.
I myself still not even close to be ready for AAs.
thank to a lot of good people here.
for ones SMANB12 this dude have help me A LOT TRYING TO UNDERSTAND AAs ,AND AM STILL CRUDE.
some people dont need AAs because they are lazy ,but AAs will affect your system if you are to young or with any illness,so ASK,READ, and LEARN.

I know i am a new member to this board, but i have been around awhile... I have a suggestion to the mods.... To help with boners asking source questions and uneducated indiv. there should be a lock placed on your account until your account is atleast 30days old and you have introduced yourself in a specific forum and tell a little about yourself... / maybe?

or make it a requirement to read selected posts before they are allowed to post in the open forum, i.e. newb starter pac, drug profiles, stickies...
doing these tasks make it possible to unlock full account privilages like posting.

How About A Newbie Hell???
Maybe Real Dumb Ass Newbies Who Refuse To Read And Learn And Continue To Annoy Mods Shuold Go To Newbie Hell And Have To Serve A Prision Term Equal To The Amount Of Annoyance They Caused The Members?
Just A Thought. It May Say Newbie On My Profile But I Know My Shit. Hell I Went To College For 8 Years And Got A Degree In Chemistry And Pre-med Just So I Could Understand Aas Better!!
And College Did Teach Me Alot About The Science Behind The Gear But I Still Had To Learn By Trial By Fire In The Gym.
Its Like The Death Penalty If Its Never Used Then What Kind Of Deterent Is It? So If Newbies Are Not Placed Into A Temp Hell For Their Sins Then They Have No Motivation To Stop Asking Stupid Shit..... Just My Huble Opinion....

I know it's easy to want to dropkick the newbie(s) in the balls for their lack of AAS knowledge, but I think the same could be done concerning grammer for half the people who post. I don't hear anybody screamin' for a "Grammer Forum"
Post your "Opinions", knowledge, or links to knowledge. Just make sure they're productive and to the point. Not counter productive, hence leading to even more "newbie" questions.
KNOWLEDGE IS GREAT. (WHEN IT IS RESEARCHED)

I will have to agree on some of the comments here.
But some times, not always, we/you who have been here for some time and have alot of knowlege and knows the forum and whats in it.
We don't have so post comment like: do you homework, bla bla bla...
Sometimes it hard for a newbie and firsttimer, to find all the right info, and we dont always know where to find the info. Where to searh, and what to search for.
So intead YOU doing OUR homework, why not just post a positiv link to some good info, and maybe try to HELP us do OUR homework. Maybe helping us with some personal comment's also...
Of curse, this depends much on what the thread is about, and what info is given to start with...
Just my opinion.
