either or ,really its up to u and the kind of gear your using.as a first time though id go for 8.

With long acting AS like cyp and Deca I suggest ten weeks.

first time i would go for 8 read up figure out what u want every one will help you tune it in

test and deca should be ran for 10 wks,you could do an 8 wk cycle but better with 10
winny i would run for 6 wks.
like this
test 400-600 mg wk 1-10
deca 300-400 mg wk 1-10
winny 50 mg ed wk 7-13
clomid 2 days out
