ok guys
im in the Fire Academy and i wanted to get started with a little something something not to help me through the academy as im almost done but for when i get out to be in better shape lose some bf and lean out and get a little bigger/stronger...
im 25 6' 210 (with love handles) =) but other than that not fat lol
im thinkin of taking growth with IGF1 and was thinking of throwing some wini or anavar in there.... (i wanna stay away from tes & deca)
like is aid im not looking to BULK up like crazy.... i do alot of cardio in the academy and only have time for 2 days a week at the gym...
please give me all the advice u can
