    2nd cycle

    thinking of doing weeks 1-6 anadrol50 and weeks 4-16 test cyp.

    weight 175
    height 5 11
    bodyfat was 10% now its probably 15%
    first cycle: took deca and test cyp. but after the first month i stopped deca cause got deca dick. did a total of 4 month cycle. gained 30 lbs and lost 10... didnt do PCT and felt fine.
    work out regimen: weights 5 days a week and cardio 3 days a week.
    oh! and I am trying to reach 6 to 7% bodyfat... any suggestions? how is Winny?

    You need to put on another 25 lbs naturally before using gear...Looks like all the young kids out there are so lazy to eat and do things the right way...Sorry not meant to flame but it is getting rediculous that no o0ne wants to except that you can add size and strength with just food...After a person hits there genetic peak, then it's time to add something to the picture...

    Just another example of someone getting deca dick...and people say its a myth.

    Why not start the cyp at the same time as the drol?

    27 years old and couldnt put on a pound. i ate a cow and still weighed the same.... actually i ate mr. cow's whole family. any feed back on the cycle? thanks!

    I wasnt going to comment on your weight but I am going to say now that its going to be a waste doing a cycle if you cant eat more. One of two things will happen. Either you wont have gains or you will lose all your gains in pct.

    cause i heard A-50 is hard on the liver? not sure...

    No sense in doing the a-50 separate from the test as it will take 6-8 weeks for the test to fully kick in and by that time your anadrol will be done.
    so,
    Weeks 1-6 A50
    Weeks 1-12 Test Cyp

    If you are not eating 6-8 complete meals a day spaced every 2.5-3 hours apart, then you are not eating enough cows!! AAS needs constant nutrients to work anything less and you are wasting your time and money.
    Go check out the diet section on bulking diets and see how many cows WE eat to grow. GOOD LUCK

    check out the diet forums.. Ive quoted some of the same exact things youve said about gaining weight.. I was 6'4" 140lbs in high school.. I have done once cycle.. (smaller now because of a shoulder injury) but still weight 208

    yeah, i kinda giggle when i hear people say things like that..."i eat like a horse but can't gain weight"...hmm, well, like mentioned, why not post your diet and training regimen FIRST, and let's start there...i know it's not what you want to hear, but it really makes the most sense, and is the best advice you'll get at the moment...

    thanks guys! I know that you mean what you say! I am eating 6 times a day now, but I am determined to do this 2nd cycle and maybe even up to 4.

    see...post the diet man...i could eat brocolli and carrots six times a day, and what's this? i'm not gaining dude...seriously though, it DOES matter what you eat for those six meals...
