needing help

yes i was just wondering if the legal steroids really do work. I have heard people saying they do then i have heard people saying they don't. I would reall like to get bigger and stronger not to mention lose about 5 pounds around my a**omin so i can see my six pack. If they do work i would just like to know what i need to take to get bigger and stronger. I weigh about 190 at 10% body fat. I am 6ft tall, i would like to weigh about 200 or 210 and half the body fat. I just don't think i can take the real stuff because we get tested for it at work yearly or when in an accident. Thanks

legal roids are supplements and nothing more they may be good for you they may not who knows

thanks for your reply but i don't know much about this subject. I have been wanting to do this for a couple of years and never have. now the occupation i am in has kind of made it hard for me to to get on anything. Thats why i was wondering what i should take or a stack of things. If i can get bigger and stronger it would make my job easier for me and the people i help. So if yall have any ideas i would appreciate it. thanks

yes they test me once a year and any accidents. we have had a couple of people get on them before and they found out so they have tried to crack down on it. for health reasons they say. I know when they do once a year but the accident thing i can't control. So is the legal stuff no better than creatine and other supplements?

is this something new they're doing these days? well, i have friends that are policemen, border patrol, and one is a U.S. Marshall, and dey some big boys...don't wanna sound insensitive here, but i doubt they test for that, very seriously doubt...

really? man, that sucks if it's true...might be more to do with the obvious signs that could accompany usage anyhow, wow, umm, i dunno, change jobs? j/k, get some growth and igf-1 maybe, oh wait, i know, try to get in with an anti-aging clinic, get a script for the stuff, then it's medically necessary...shrug

btw, these comments are bordering on sarcasm, slightly kidding (i mean, theoretically they could work, but...), i really have no good answers for you...
