anavar - chew or swallow

I juust got my anavar in today. Im so excited. Do you guys usually swallow the var or do you chew it? Do you take it all at once or do you spread it out?

i grind mine up and snort it...or smoke it...depends on my mood...j/k

swallow is fine, i believe some spread out, some do all at once, kinda splitting hairs IMO...i think profile section gives better reasons why...

no problem, appreciate the feedback...im goin to check the profile section but i was leaning towards swallowing and spreading out. they are 10 mgs and i read somehwere that it absorbs better if you put them under your tounge or chew it

my var has no taste....... it also melts in my mouth and not in my hand!

Crack pipe for best absorbsion. Var should have a bitter aftertaste. If it don't taste like nuttin' ... you got nottin'. I chew 'em 3 am. 3 pm. Good stuff, Vern.

Well if my var is baking soda then the baking soda hardened and vascularized the hell out of me by day 7......... on serious note my Var worked and from what I found out is that Var usually has no significant taste... My var tastes like chalk if anything, just like my Tbol!!!

no flame intended but if your worried about sides from your first cycle of anavar , maybe you should'nt be on the juice . oh ya for best absorbtion you should take your orals on an empty stomach and chew tabs up . anavar has an 8 hour half life if I remember correctly so you can eat it all at once or split it up there are to different thoughts on these practies , plenty of threads to read about it.

Ok, I went back and popped a Var for the hell of it to see if it has a taste.... well it does have a very mild bitter taste but nothing significant or face wrenching... I guess I would compare it to chewing an aspirin but only alot milder.........
