I'm starting my cycle nx week.

Tren 400mg and Sus 500mg a week, for 10 weeks

3 questions-

For the 1st 10 weeks would you use Arimidex or Nolvadex, explain why?

I've aslo got 4 weeks of Winstrol Tabs, would you use last 4 weeks or begining 4 weeks,why?

I've also got HCG which i'm using for the last 4 weeks, and PCT Nolvadex, Arimidex would you also add provion as-well?

For the 1st 10 weeks would you use Arimidex or Nolvadex, explain why? YES, because sust can cause water retention and arimidex will help eliminate that, Nolvadex can help if you are gyno prone

would use letro and b6 instead, winny last 4-6 weeks, hcg shouldnt be necessary, i recover just fine with nolva and/or clomid (i usually go with proviron during)...run some t3 as well, 25mcg if you can...why? see profile section...very helpful, been there yet?

Actually, thats four.

I would use arimidex. Nolva sucks a giant testicle for preventing gyno, IMO. Plus the arimidex will reduce bloat as well.

I would use the winny for the last 4 weeks....right up to PCT (so, 8-12). But is 4 weeks enough?????

HCG is probably not needed, although I might run it the last week or so before PCT.

I don't see how Proviron could hurt.

Damn...I glanced over the tren part... In that case, def dont' use Nolva, it wont help and might aggravate it.

You may even want to run the Winny from 10-13 to make sure that tren is completely gone, going into PCT.

And with tren, I would def use the HCG.

Adex.

After trial and error, I have found adex to be more effective at inhibiting estro-related sides than nolva.

The last 4 weeks.

Not only does winny seem to help solidify some of the gains I made from the rest of the cycle, you can also run it right up to PCT due the the short half-life. I also like it's high affinity for binding to SHBG, hence reducing SHBG levels and freeing up more free-circulating test.

Yes, definitely.

I have found PCT recovery to be more effective and transition is much smoother when I have incorporated Proviron into past PCT protocols. I will run Proviron @ 50mg/ed throughout cycle and PCT.

Week 1-10 400mg Trenbolone Enthanate
Week 1-10 400mg Vitamin B 300mg Day
Week 1-10 Arimidex .05ml aday
Week 6-10 HCG 500 iu 3 times a week!
Week 8-12 50mg Winstrol ED
Week 12-14 Nolvadex 40mg Each Day
Week 12-16 Arimidex .05ml ED (or should i use proviron instead)??? If so how much and how long for? When should i start this?
Week 14-16 Nolvadex 20mg Each Day

I've just had my stuff delivered, if i send pics must i rub the ugl out?

So it all starts Tomorrow.
Anybody want to add anything else B4 i start. Anything else which will be good to combat Trenbolone as it's going to be harsh on my liver?
