var dosage question

I have several different ways to take this

1- gradually increase amount every 2 weeks

2- stay with same dosage from beginning to end

effective dosages are between 40-80 mgs a day

Stick with a solid dose all the way through. You have to find what works for you... but 60 seems to be the AR dose. How much do you weigh?

i weigh 220 lb and im 5 foot 10

i was planning on doing 50 mg a day

Ive run var at 40, 50, 60, and 80 mg ed. Didnt notice much until I hit 60mg/day..80 was damn good.

I'm 210, 5'10" . For me, 60 mg Var is juuuuuust right.

It wouldn't hurt to take a smaller doseage the first day or two, if you haven't used it before. I don't like to take a lot of anything I haven't tried before, incase of negative effects.
