What's your Longest CYCLE????
Hey,
Just wondering what your longest (Time Length) Cycle was? I've heard of guys doing juice for 3 yrs without coming off....
I personally have only done 3 cycles and they have been between 6-8 weeks...with good results. I am 43 and have put on about 12 lbs of muscle and a little fat as well. (But i'm ok with a little more fat). I used Test and Deca with some Winny.
My Max Length so far is 8 weeks....

The pros are on it basically all the time(year round) so as to look their best all the time for shows, events and etc. For the average person 16 weeks should be the longest and thats pushing it i think. Mine was 11 weeks and I think my gains really slowed down at about week 10.

thanks.....i also heard of older lifters staying on longer because they basically don't produce Natural Test anymore....Is this true?
Also....what are the dangers on staying on too long?
Thanks

Yes they have anti-aging clinics where senior citizens can go for i believe weekly injections to keep there test at a good level. Dangers of staying to long are health problems like heart, kidneys and liver. Some roids are pretty bad on certain parts and your only taking it for 8 weeks and then giving your body a break you can recover but if your on it year round you can develop a few problems. Like being on winny for too long can be real bad on cholestrol.

when i get ready for comps, i usually run my bulker(12wks) then my cutter(10wks) all the way to 1 week out from my show. No breaks.
my cutter is usually all my fast acting.
so about 22 weeks.
as long as you take all the proper precautions and use your head, you can continue to cycle and stay in the game.

I had a '69 softail Harley that was chopped and raked out to about 12 feet.
Maybe a little longer. Nice bike.
Then I had a Schwinn Tandem. Not sure how long it was.

15 weeks here, but like most I have found that gains hit a wall between week 8 and 10.
Something is needed in the last weeks of a longer cycle to spark additional gaines. I tried T-bol last summer in the final 5 weeks. It sucked, at least for me.
This year, I will use Winny to finish - the one after that, maybe low dose tren .

IMO it is better to keep cycles shorter 8-12 weeks or so, i am not practicing what I preach but i can say that gains can still be made after 20+ weeks, they are slow but how does someone on HRT continue to make small gains? they eat more calories, I am at the end of my 30 week cycle and have gained a 5 lbs in 4 1/2 weeks by increasing my colories, i will keep the increase going through PCT but get more clean calories for post cycle.

Ive run as long as 16 weeks, but it was a waste. For me, I dont really grow much past 6 weeks on a long cycle. Im doing short cycles now, and had good results after the first one.
