    EQ Question

    when i joined this forum i remember reading how for a second or third cycle that running test at 500mg/wk for 12 weeks and eq at 400mg/wk for 10 weeks would be a good cycle. after doing a search for EQ i've read several threads of people saying how EQ didnt do much for them. and that it should be run at 600mg/wk for no less then 12 weeks. i've never used EQ and was planning a cycle like this:

    wk1-14: 600mg/wk test c
    wk1-12:500mg/wk EQ
    proper pct

    should i rethink my cycle and bump the EQ up to 600mg and maybe run it for 13 or 14 weeks instead.

    Cycle hist.
    First cylce
    wk1-8: test e 400mg/wk

    Second Cycle
    wk1-14: 500mg/wk sust
    wk1-8: 300mg/wk deca

    bump the EQ to 600 for the 12 weeks

    I wouldnt design a cycle around eq. thats like designing a car around the ash tray. eq is not going to give you much of anything. people who like it usually claim it increases vascularity or appitite. is that really worth it? diet and a descent cook. will do both.
    what are your goals. there is probably a cheaper alternattive

    From the info I've found on Eq (here and other sources), 16 weeks seems to be the optimal length of time to benefit from it and no less than 12 weeks at 600mg/week. I plan on running it in my next cycle for 16 at 600mg/week.

    every body is different when it comes to eq. i personally love it & ran it for 400mgs a wk before with 500mgs of test for 12 wks & had great results. others say test & deca is better but i dont like the bloat. eq is great not much bloat lots of strength gains & lots of lbm, where deca is great if ur looken to b big and bloated.

    Tried it alone for my 1st cycle at 500mg for 16 weeks.
    Helped me hold on to my muscle while dieting. Got very lean. Good vascularity.
    I think people who claim cery good gains from eq where running it along with test, being the latter one responsible for the gains.

    i would run both at 600mg for 14 weeks

    12, 14 and 16 week cycles are too long in my opinion. your gains from the test will become less and less after 8 weeks and you will never get anything from the eq.

    I know whatcha mean, a lot of bros here trash it so I figured I'd give it a run and see how it works for me. I'm going to run it at 600mg for 12 wks along with 500mg of test. If need be, I'll up it to 800mg around week 6 or maybe even 1g depending on how I react to it.

    why cycle longer than 6 weeks if that is where your gains start to decrease. the longer your cycle the longer it takes for your body to recover. I will get more out of my 6 week runs then you will out of this garbage cycle. so run it till your nuts fall off

    i personaly wasnt real impressed with eq i ran it at 550 mg for 13 weeks.along with prope an enth and just got a tad!!!!!!! bit more vascularity.not worth it for me to run eq.

    Loved EQ - Loved 16 week test e w/ 15 week EQ (600mg) I think it did much for me over test alone. Gains and vascularity remain for a very long time after.

    To each their own. I only run 1 cycle per year so I don't think it's too long.

    my experience

    i did a cycle of test and eq, the test kicked in at about 2 weeks, the eq started to kick in at week 6, by week 10 was picking up all the weight in the gym. im starting my cycle in 2 weeks, this time im doing sus 250, instead of a single blend of test and 400 a week of eq. i was told by alot of people in this forum it will not make a difference if i increase my eq. i just need to train heavier, eat better, and be as lazy i can be when im not working out. thats the ticket.
