    gyno??

    i started a test, deca , d-bol cycle about 3 wks ago, over the past couple of days I've noticed a sorta burning sensation in my nipple. it's only my left nipple. it's not sensative to touch and they don't appear puffy yet. my question is, should i start taking nolvadex now or wait? this sucks!!!

    I would suggest starting it now...I hear it is best to begin the nolv as soon as u get any signs of gyno...Also for decca gyno I hear chaste berry (vitex) works...

    Nolvadex for the test gyno. Start it ASAP.
    For Deca , you can try Vitex- works for some.
    Bromocriptine would be a better choice

    Are there anything you can take over the counter for it? I have no way to get nolva and i am on my last week of a sust deca cycle. I think its in my head that my nipples itch, might be from shaving my chest. What to do?

    started taking nolv today. gonna start taking vitex too.
    i guess better to be safe than sorry.
