i just got some sus a ton 375 and a bottle of deca. I am 6'2 200lbs . 31 years old. 12% body fat. i used to weigh 230 when i was in college playing football with 8% body fat, but that was 9 years ago.. I want to get back up to 215lbs with 7% or 8 % bf. i workout 5 days a week and do cardio 4-6 days.... what is a good dosage for each? and how many times a week? for the sus a ton 375 and the deca?
