i need help
i just got some sus a ton 375 and a bottle of deca . I am 6'2 200lbs . 31 years old. 12% body fat. i used to weigh 230 when i was in college playing football with 8% body fat, but that was 9 years ago.. I want to get back up to 215lbs with 7% or 8 % bf. i workout 5 days a week and do cardio 4-6 days.... what is a good dosage for each? and how many times a week? for the sus a ton 375 and the deca?

As a fellow newbie....I can tell you what to expect as replies. They are going to want WAY more info that what you have given...and they are going to tell you to spend time researching this site. The search button has become my best friend on this site. Just some advice from a newbie to a newbie. Your questions could probably be answered if you do a thread search.
