help. abt delt injections.

for the last couple off injections in my delts right and left..
iv'e been injecting wit 23g 1'' injecting every 7days..
i goo all the way in.. while injecting noo pain at all..
but after wards i get a bump after 20 hours or soo. n itz hard 2 move my shoulders this is the second tyme it happend im injecting tren and supertest 100mg and 225 of supertest total 1cc. any1 know why this might b happening.

if you move around too much while in the muscle or inject and pull out too fast it can allow the juice to come up and make a lump like a charlie horse...?

I'm currently hitting my delts with Test prop. No pain while injecting but deffinetly sorness afterwards. I'm starting to get that little lump, but its been 2 weeks now of hitting the delts a 3-4 times a week. It may be just some scare tissue building up. I had trouble rolling over in bed the last couple nights with my sore delts.

yea im having trouble sleeping 2 bro...
itz jus getin crazy on shoulder days..
but im alright itz not allot of pain its jus that lil bump..

try and hit your delts after you work them.that way they can heal and not get irritated.i try to do my injections after i work that muscle.
