2nd common and best injection site

Of course the A#@ is the most injected spot but I want to know whats probably the second most and less painful shot,I hurd the calves are the most painful to inject but anyway let me know about that queston

I do my thighs, shot there long before I ever did my glutes but at 3 shots a week, you need alternative places to shoot.

I don't shoot glutes.. not gluteus max at least.

I shoot all 3 delt heads.. and 1 of the tricep heads.

Depends on your flexibility.

I prefer Delts to anything, but can't do them cleanly by myself.

After that, gotta be quads, then tris.

so far....thighs and delts are nice. dont mess with the glutes myself.

delt ,thigh, chest, tri both sides, inner and outer bicep,calves hurt not recommended unless you want to limp bad i havent done glute traps or lats ,my favorite spot is delts and chest they swell up nice for a day or 2 if you havent already check out www . spot injections . com

Delts - but the gf's got to do it as I can't reach!! After that anything goes really - quads are accessible and easy - I have heard of people shooting in the TRAPS!! Ouch!
