My Stats are:
6ft, 155 lb, 22 yo

After a little research i decide to do this cycle :
week 1-4 30mg Russian Dbol
week 1-8 300mg Deca
week 1-8 500mg Sust

I have a good genetic about fat. I hardly gain it. My fat% is about 6%.

What do you guys think about my cycle ? I don´t want it too strong. And it´s my second cycle. The first one was a mistake.

Looks pretty solid. But why Sust? Have you considered a longer acting Test such as Cypionate ???? I would also consider running the cycle longer about 10-12 weeks and perhaps subbing EQ in place of DECA for the entire length of the cycle. Remember that EQ is best run over the long term. If you need to stay at 8 weeks then Deca is a great choice. Keep Clomid and Nolvadex /Arimidex on hand for Post and during cycle trreatment of Gyno symptoms.

Your doses seem fine, although I would strongly recommend that you extend your cycle out to 10 weeks.

Sus is fine, but the reason why people say that you should run a single ester test. is because it is much easier to keep blood concentrations more stable. Because of the short/long ester combinations in Sus it is advised that it be used by more advanced users that require more frequent injections and higher doses.

As for subbing EQ for Deca , it's your choice, there are a million threads comparing the two AAS's, one of them being Deca causes more water retention, Eq less.

But if I use Cypionate , should keep at 500mg/week or less ?

thev cyp is 200 mg /ml correct?
if so you could do 400 mg wk,and it will actually be more test a wk then if you used sus,so do 400
