    sex while on cycle...

    stupid question... i started my cycle and i was wondering if having sex thru the cycle will have any effects on ur gains as u keep emptying ur load all the time... what u guys think?

    I should add, NO you're girl will not get an increase in her bench strength or match you're size by the end of the cycle..........it's been asked before

    When my girl wants sex, which is too damn often! I work it like this:

    45 minutes intense cardio + 1 load = she has to cook me or buy me 800 calories worth of food when it's over

    Longer sessions get more food. It's all about training them right

    It's a good thing she lives an hour and half away or I would be skinny as a rail by now.

    Also no sex 4 hours or less before the gym or I am really about 10% weaker.

    I prefer post workout sex as well I just dont have as much motivation if I do it before.
