Glute Shot Bump

i did a glute shot yesterday. total of 3cc's. tren/prop. there is no bruising or discoloration, or any sign of infection. but there is a bump with a radius of an inch. its sore to the touch. it feels as though the oil is sitting there. there isnt much fat on my glute. i used 23g 1" pin, and i put it all the way in. i never have these bumps anywhere else i.e quads. i have done to glute injects and both had this bump. anyone else have the same? am i doing somethng wrong?

That happened to me once, and I also shot a 1 inch..After that I started using the 1.5 in the glute and I never had the problem again..I would say have your girlfriend/wife rub it for awhile, it will help break it up..It should go away within a few days..

I wouldn't worry too much about it unless it starts to act like it's infected. I'm on a prop/deca cycle and shot my glute and had a good sized lump that lasted about 3 weeks and it is now almost completely gone. Unless it starts acting up just leave it alone and rotate to other sites, it should clear up. Just one of those things.

yea but, does it mean the oil has not been used by my body? it just makes it inefficient. if it has no bearing on the absorption then its ok, if it does affct the rate of abosrption (which i think it does as the oil is still sitting there), then i think i need longer pins no?

I use 1 1/2" pins for the glutes, but never go all the way in (almost). Unless someone goes in surgically to look at the lump it has to be assumed it is a malabsorbed injection. What else can it be? How does it form? Don't know -- the injection could have formed in a 'pocket' in the muscle fiber and it closed around the injection and just sits there until it is slowly absorbed. Whatever the case, as long as the whole thing is benign, it is cool as long as serious issues don't come up. I didn't like it, but my lump is almost completely gone.

Can't answer that Bro, I suppose not every injection in every cycle gets used to its maximum benefit.

anyway, i was walkin past my wife, and as i walked past her, she slapped my butt. she got me point blank on the lump. i squinched my eyes in pain. i half wanted to knock her out, and half needed a wall for support. she got scared and asked what was wrong...

i replied "hurt my back at the gym"
she says "shall i rub the spot for u"?
i reply..."no, a hot water bottle will be fine".

i have the same problem with 1", but no problem with 1.5. because the half life's of both is so short, i would say you did loose some of the benifit. however like ya said, tomorrow is a dif story

it will still absorb just slowly. get in a hot bath to warm it(thin it) and message it out.if it gets bigger take caution for infection.thats why i dont do glutes anymore.

if thie gear was injected in the correct place,upper outer quarter of your ass and you do not have a big fat ass you shouldhave hit the muscle with a 1inch pin....................

most likely. Usually after injection, make sure u rub that area gently until u sure the oil is evenly spread.

put your palm against the bump and push it in hard, prop is probably sitting there, i did that yesterday, i had a little bump straight away, so i pushed it in hard and flexed. and it went away almost right away, but you wont prevent the prop soreness.

that info is for next time right after injection, to late now. youll be feeling that pain for about a week. try cardio! to ware it off faster.

i seem to have the same problem with my left delt. always building up lumps and leaking juice. i gave it a 2 week rest and halved the oil from 2cc to 1cc. now, no problems. my right delt can take 2cc but it seems my left one can't. don't know why. my advice is just give that glue a rest from the shots and when u come back to it, don't try to put so much in. even though 3ml isn't all that much, maybe that glute just doesn't like it.

it wasthe upper/outer quadrnt jus below the hip bone, and i dont have much fat there.

the pain isnt prop pain. prop pain feels different. this is sore around where the bump is. normally i feel prop pain like as if i've pulled a muscle. this only hurts when it is touched.

i'm not really concerned about the lump as it is goin down. i put a hot water bottle against most of the day today.

i was more concrned that the juice would be absorbed slowly and the fact tht i'm shooting prop/tren, i should shoot eod minimum. therefore, two days had passed before the glute shot, and the fact that the juice was abosbred slowly messes up the eod shooting pattern...so in essence, my body went 4 days between correct shots if i dont count the bodged up glute shot.

oh well, i've learnt now. i've shot glutes twice and both times i had this problem. i shoot quads and never have any pain. will try pecs on monday.

Get your delt's in your rotation -- they handle injections very well.
