    Which Cycle?

    Im very new to this forum but ive been reading alot and trying to learn as much as i can. But im looking to seek help on what my first cycle should be? Ive heard alot of good things about test but i still need to know what kind of test and how much a week i should take. Also should i stack with d-bol? Looking for a mass stack but with very large strength gains. IM 21 and 6 foot by the way if that will help anyone out. Sorry if any stupid questions new to the forum.

    post your current diet and training regimen in the appropriate forums...those are more important than any aas...secondly, your first cycle should be kept very simple, most will prob not recommend dbol...visit the profile section and read as many stickies as you can first...if you had, you'd know that there's much more info you need to post here before you ask that question...no flame intended...oh, and welcome

    if i were you id take a bit more time and read a little more,21 imo is borderline for roid usage as i stated in an earlier thread,your natty test is at its peak 18-21.....................
    if you want help from the members here you should give your stats
    weight traning exp ect.

    500mg/w test enanthat wks 1-10 is fine for a beginner. Most people do not need to take steroids for further gains until mid to late twenties if not early thirties.

    Be SMART about your training and diet. I know you probably hear it all the time, but until you start applying it to your daily life, you will not completely see the full benefit of a SMART approach.

    I've seen a lot of guys do a lot of gear and they still couldn't lift as much as I or jump as high when I was natural (besides a round of MAG-10 back in the day).

    Be smart. That's all I have to say. Don't use roids as a crutch because you're too lazy to make a dinner instead of going to Jack in the Box. Don't use roids as a crutch because you have no idea what exercises you should do from week to week and all you ever do is "wing-it" when your at the gym. Don't use roids as a crutch because you want to get faster, but only run sprints once a week.
