Late night bathroom usage

How many times do you get up at night to go pee?? Sorry couldnt think of a better word, unless you like urinate? I sometimes go 2-3 times a night. I am taking in a ton of water, and they're not little ones, they are like horse pisses.
I just wanna know if you guys go as often as I do.

I was thinking the same thing, I wonder if I should get my prostate checked.... uh, the rubber glove thing kinda freaks me out though. But like I said its not like they are these little weenie pisses. they're ussually like a quart or so!

Drinking plenty of water is important to muscle growth. Getting plenty of sleep is also important to muscle growth. Drinking so much water late at night that you interrupt your sleep cycle hinders muscle growth.

hey bro, I have the same deal. If I drink the night before then this always happens. But, I usually don't drink, and I will piss about 2-3 times in the night. I wake up usually at 8am to piss and then go back to sleep. To help with the problem, I usually stop drinking water 1-2 hours before sleeping... meaning, don't workout late at night, or you'll be pissing like crazy in the night. I only drink water to down my sleep aids, and then hit the sack after I get one last piss in.

Ever since my son was born (16mo) I have to get up 2-3 times a night anyway to feed him, so I go pee each time. Because of that I think the old bladder has gotten smaller. Now I have to go at least once every night even if the kid doesn't get up. It really sucks. Used to be able to sleep through M-16 fire, now I wake up at the slightest sounds. I would presume everyone on steroids is supplimenting with protein and weight gainer shakes and probably slurping down a big glass before bed so this might be why have to get up and pee in middle of night. I know thats what happens with me and I havent been on roids yet.

I drink at least a gal and a half H2O,but I learned to stop by 7pm or so.I'm 43 and seem to retain it all day til I settle down in the evening.I'm pretty much pissed out by 12:00am.But have been known to let a racehorse style piss go around 3am.The morning is the worst for me.Wakes me up everyday at 7am and seems like I'm pissing til 8am.Old age is a bitch.Moral of this ,try stop drinking water as early in the evening as possible.
