    soreness while on?

    im 5 days into a s-drol cycle, yesterday was chest/back day and strength was noticibly increased, i pushed hard yesterday and this morning i got up sore as hell, is this normal? i havent gotten sore in a while when not on anything, could this just be due to the increased weight?

    bump? anyone? im trying to figure out if im doing something wrong or if its expected.

    Im usually sore after every workout I do. If your not getting a little sore, than your body is used to your routine, which means go bigger! I would say getting sore is good, it means your tearing those fibers up. No need to worry unless it stays sore for more than a week.
