Whats goin on...I just started a var only cycle @ 60mg Ed for 10 weeks. I was wondering what other additional supplements would be necessary to run with this cycle. So far I am running:
Multi
Calcium
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
Super EPA - Fish Oil
ZMA - before bedtime
Gymnemia Sylvestre
Super B Complex
Selenium
Vitamin C - 3g/day
BCAA - 3g pre and 3g post workout
Glutamine - 5g pre, 5g during and 10g post workout
Arginine - 3g pre and 3g post workout
Whey Protein - only replacing 1 meal/day
I am eating 6 meals a day - 50g protein/meal. I am on a low carb diet that has rotating carb days. For example tomorrow is a low carb day, tuesday is high carbs, then wed-sun is low carbs...
I was reading your log and someone had asked about what other supps you are taking and I saw that you were taking creatine and tribulus during the cycle. Is this necessary?
