    cycle ???

    HI im 5'8" 175 i work out 5 days a week religously. I want to get into AS to increase my strength. Ive plateau'd and want to increase in all areas. Im not looking to gain a bunch of weight or be bloated to the point that i will have no definition. Just interested in what people may suggest. thanks

    How old are you? A test and deca cycle is about the best cycle to start out with IMO.

    do a test cycle 500mg week for 10 weeks.

    im 27 and about 10-12% bf. I just dont want to blow upall of a sudden. Which test would be good or is any fine.

    Test is test IMO. Some say enth. aromatises more than say sust or cyp. If you want to really try not to bloat as much, go with test prop. It doesn't aromatise as much as the other tests. I usually just run test enth. and run nolva throughout. That will stop the water and bloat. It will block your estrogen receptors and you will also not have to worry about gyno. I would run the test prop. with EQ if you are worried about too much bloat or blowing up all of sudden.

    bad advice, deca and test is not the best cycle 4 him- in fact u don't really need 2 run a cycle, get ur diet and training n check 1st. then when u actually r ready 4 aas start with a test e only cycle.....

    I forget to mention, the only problem you might run into is that test prop. has a short half life. So you would have to inject eod or so. If you don't care about that than Test Prop. is your best choice.

    I agree, no need for deca in a first cycle. Once ready for aas test e or cyp would be the most appropriate, dont use prop for a first cycle.

    diet and training is ur best bet bro- stay here and read up more on aas diet and training and when ur really ready u can then make awsome gains with aas much better then u would right now

    test enanthate would be ideal. 250 to 500mg/week. run for 10 weeks. keep it simple. you will get gains from a low dose of test. bloat depends on diet. keep your diet in check and you will not bloat

    good advice mkrulic, I ran Test En 250mg/wk for 10 weeks and Dbol 30mg/ed weeks 1-4 and I made great gains from it.

    I thought bloat depended on the fact that some testosterone aromatizes into estrogen and estrogen causes bloat, gyno, fat gain, etc.

    thanksfellas I am not getting this stuff right away. Im just getting opinions from anyone and everyone on here. but when I do I think I will go with teste -e only. If i like that one I will go on from there. My diet is pretty good but work doesnt allow me to eat my scheduled every 2.5 to three hours. It sucks. But thanks guys you are all edjucating me to be a responsible user. This site is great.

    Good for you. I would bring chicken and rice in tupperware to work. It is not that bad cold.

    i'm going with blindside here, it doesn't sound like you are educated enough in the area of diest and training to be pursuing a cycle just yet. there is a diet and training forum which would be able to help you out much more

    My advice is No steroid use and I will tell you why.

    #1 you are in the military and you could get demoted or dishonorably discharged for steroid use.

    #2 you have only been training for 2.5 years, train for at least 4-5.

    i believe that beggining steroid use is something that can be considered once you have found what works naturally. i did this very early in my training and made the decision to use gear to reach my goals quicker. i do not regret it and am happy to be able to grow so well. having said that, if you are not able to grow very well naturally then steroids are a awaste of time and money. not to mention the unnecessary side effects that come along with it

    You started steroid use way too early. In ten years it will be interesting to see if you are still in shape or even still training.

    yeah, anyway, like i was saying, you have to find what works for you naturally. and if you are in the army you really need to take that into consideration. maybe use short esters during times you know u won't get tested, then they will clear the body quicker.
