    Injecting in my Delts

I'm injecting a small amount of test e, about 0.5cc, twice a week into my left and right side delts. My question is the left delt gets hard and swollen but my right side usually gets swollen up a little bit but no hard spot. A friend of mine told me not to shoot into my right side anymore because it wasn't absorbing the test. Has anyone heard of this being true? I'm 21/5'8/217/13%BF and about 5 yrs of lifting experience.

yes, that might be the problem, wrong size gauge or length. or careless moving around while in there.

ok well your pin is fine...make sure you are pushing in the needle all the way

mista massive has a point, if this is your first cycle...you are probably going through some nervousness during injection and moving the needle around slighty. try to keep your hand as steady as possible, any slight movement will cause unneccarsary trauma to the muscle and could result in some swelling.

are you left handed? since you would use your right hand to inject your left delt, it could potentially be another reason you may be moving the pin around?

I'm right handed, and I'm overall pretty comfortable with injecting myself but I know I'm no pro at it just yet. I appreciate the help from you guys. Have you ever heard anything about the second part of my question? Should I stop injecting in my right delt because it might not be absorbing the test? I've never heard that before and I don't think it's true.

agreed....just give it some time off and hit it again once the swelling goes away....that delt will learn

never a good idea to shoot any swollen or irritated muscle

I thought injecting into muscles other than the major ones like side delts, quads, glutes ect... was a bad idea?

no,, i do tricep, bicep, shoulder, chest, etc...

especially on a short ester test cuz frequent injects can scar tissue pretty quickly....better to switch up...

as for the delt exp, my left one tends to swell a knot due to the scar tissue....noticed harder to get in and once its in, rough to plunge down into, and sumtimes may swell into a small knot that will dissipitate in few hours.
