3ccs in quad
Is it acceptable to shoot 3ccs in your quad or is that too much?

Depends how big your quads are. If you're a beast who's got some wheels, then it is fine, but if you're a toothpick then it might be too much. Maybe just stick it in the 'ole arse, and you won't have to worry either way.

heh..........i have large quads and have put 5mls in em before without a prob, not that im advocating you do so.
you should have no prob with 3ml in your quad, provided you aspirate , inject correctly and massage the area/walk around/free squat afterwards.....
i love quad shots........you can see exactly what your doing and have full control as opposed to going behind your back (though my girl will stick my glutes

Duhhhhhh . . .
Um, if you're going to inject 3 cc's into a quad, why not simply inject 1-1/2 cc's into each quad?
BTW, I agree with Van - quad shots are the only ones I do to myself. When it comes to the glutes, I get someone else to do it - that way, it's done with two hands, less acrobatics, and more safety.
