You'll be drinking it either way right? I just squirt it in the back of my throat in one shot then chase it with juice. Two gulps and the taste is gone.

You should measure out your dose and put it into a glass of drink cos it will probably leave a bit of a bitter after taste if you put it straight in your mouth.

Its upt to you bro, if you dont mind the tatse take it straight and follow with some good juice that will get rid of the flavor or mix it with something, either way you will still taste it.

The stuff from ARR doesnt taste that bad. Two squirts, dont even need a chaser...
