What's up guys,
Let me just introduce myself. I've been on many boards, and i've actually visited this board from time to time. I have a fairly decent knowledge on AS even though i've only done one cycle ( Test eth for 12 weeks, 500mg/wk)
I will be stacking clen/winny for a cutter. I'm trying to hold on to as much muscle possible while being on a calorie deficit. I looked at the clen handbook and couldn't find the answer to my question; Why is it "recommended" to do long periods of cardio as opposed to HIT cardio when you're on clen?? Now of course I know not take clen before my HIT cardio, becuase the HIT cardio jacks your heart rate up like a motha f*#*a! But what is the science behind that?? That to me doesn't make any sense...![]()
Thanks guys.
