Improving vascularity
(tp)
What would be the best way to improve vascularity? Just up'ing the cardio and getting stricter on the diet to lower bf? Is that right?

Yes low bodyfat helps but genetics plays a big role also.
There are other tricks with manipulating carbs etc but too complicated to explain in one post.

You can also try niacin (vitamin b3). It gives insane pumps
-
Another good supplement to help with vascularity is vanadyl sulfate.

Vanadyl is a keeper, and for pennies in comparison...120 tabs for about $4.99, if you shop around.

ill agree with the niacin. ive been taking 1g a day for the past 8 weeks..to battle cholesterol..and ive noticed new veins in my chest that go into my shoulder. and my existing veins are a little more noticable all day.
also since being on niacin my cholesterol has dropped from 245-215 as of 3 days ago

Real Vanadyl is blue. So if it's tabs it should be very blue, if it's caps blue specks should permeate it.
Sportspharma used to make a great one.

Vasodilators don't increase permanently vascularity. As so named, they enlarge blood vessels for the shuttling of more blood into the worked muscle.
It'z like blowing air into your musclez, and thatz wat we call the pump!

It fulfills its bodybuilding purpose, which is not enhanced overall vascularity, but instead the augmented shuttling of nourishing blood (vits, mins, and amino acids) into working muscles resulting in the pump.

arginine has worked really well for me especially the ethyl ester version. i buy the powder separate and mix it with my shakes. i have also taking no-explode during pct and that has worked great too. but id rather just buy the powder its alot cheaper

This works because the arterial system slightly expands and contracts with each heartbeat, so it could be considered an anti-aging amino.
I also knew a monster, who love Inositol, but that’s another story.
