sorry to be repetitive on the postings but i want to get it right. i added tbol and PCT is per a roberts. thanks again.

wk 1-12 Test E 500mg
wk 8-12 Tbol 20mg/ed
wk 1-12 Arimidex .5mg/ed

PCT
wk 13-18 Nolva 20mg/ed
wk 13-17 Aromasin 20mg/ed
wk 13-15 HCG 500iU
wk 13-15 Vit E 1000iU/ed

i dont know enough about Tbol...or running it at the end.....but i think it would be fine.....but your PCT is wrong...more research...especially on when to start Nolvadex

also...this statement proves that you arent willing to work for gains.....you are looking for a miracle drug....you arent ready...you can gain more naturally and do it with diet and hard work.....AAS is for guys you get them to the next level...past a sticking point......not as a start.

more than willing to put in the work. don't pigeonhole me into some category of people looking for a miracle drug--especially when you don't know the first thing about me. i've lifted for strength and mass for the past 10 years. i'm a hard gainer. true you can gain naturally with diet and hard work--but you gain even more with diet, hard work, and aas.

the PCT that needs work is directly from anthony roberts' post. he doesn't suggest waiting 14 days for nolva is correct.

Tbol has a short half life and pct can be done day after last pill. Running it two more weeks would ensure the test is out of system.

I still wouldn't do hcg . The cycle isn't strong enough. If you are dead set on it run it during last few weeks of cycle.

Nolva 40,40,20,20

Aromasin I do not know much about so can't give advise. I am running clomid but have seen where people have do aromasin and it is good for pct but not sure about how to run it.

thanks for the advice marty. aromasin @ 20 mg/ed is sufficient for this cycle. it's an aromatase inactivator (under roberts' PCT post.)
