everytime i do a delt shot in my right delt it goes in harder cause i allways do the same spot and i can hear the needle passing through i guess what is scar tissue? or am i just paranoid or going to slow?

No if you hear that type of ripping and tearing sound you're going thru scar tissue...Change sites bro...you keep doing that you are abcess bound for sure...
