    leaking

i was really nervous on my last injection...so i was moving the needle around and i believe that i injected some of my sust above the muscle tissue and it has leaked down my leg (underneath my skin) and stopped at my knee...it is swollen along the injection site aswell as the path it traveled and it is slightly built up at the top of the knee, it is very sore along the path and at the buildup site, im using 1 inch 25g needles

i just want to know if this is really bad or something to learn from about keeping the needle still, i hope its nothing bad

well I let my wife who's a doctor read this one and she says one of two things, first you might have hit a vein and the oil has worked its way down. Second is you hit a nerve which will affect a great poriton of it in that area. But all we have to go by is what you say here so I dont know. go see a doctor she says.

i hit a vein i bled for like 10 seconds then it coagulated. what does that mean? im sure it will sort itself out on its own but i need to know if it could be serious.

also. i can tell that it is leaking farther down my leg. the oil is now past my knee...i sure hope that it is slowly dissolving and wont work down any farther...i hate to have a painful trail all the way down to my foot for like 2 weeks

If you hit the a vein, the moving of the needle isnt the problem its that you probably didnt aspirate the needle to see if you were in a vien cause if you did you would have instantly known that the needle's tip was embedded in a vein. Its not really a huge deal just remember to aspirate next time and you will not get this problem.

i did aspirate...ill explain in more detail what happened...1st injection of 1cc, aspirated, injected, done second injection injected, felt resistance, and a internal quick push like i popped something, i felt pain, i pullled out and alot of blood seeped out, then i did my 3rd injection very close to the 1st and it went smoothly.

oh theres your problem, if you hit a small artery then it will have lots of pressure and blood will leak into the surrounding tissues and matrix of that area before a clot forms. So then when you injected next to that site again you already have a large mass of fluids (blood) and coupled with the juice caused it to become painful and swollen. Next time if you hit pick a completely different area. It takes awhile for the blood to be reabsorbed from an area that its not supposed to be. Your body produced a inflammitory response causing the swelling, redness, and build up of extra fluids in the areas along your leg.

i have swelling. but absoulutely no redness...its not blood its all juice it is red about a penny's diameter around the site where i punctured the artery\vein\vessle but beyond that its just same old same old.

curious..maybe just the way i'm reading this. are you saying that you beleive all the inflamation under the skin from injection site to past your knee is the injected compound only?

acually on further inspection it IS red..its just a light hue and the lighting in my computer room was bad, the lighting in my bathroom painted a different story

    it is indeed red.

i just want it to go away. inorder to walk without hopping on one leg i must lock my need and walk like i have a false leg. if i accidentally use my upper leg muscle to walk i feel a sharp pain and a weakness, actually more like a feeling of severe pressure.

im worried about seeing a doc...ive heard stories about doctors telling your insurance company that you used AAS and they drop your coverage. if it doesnt clear up in a week ill go. im a strong believer in the human bodies ability to repair itself.

i was reading about internal bleeding. and it is only serious if it puts pressure on vital organs, or if it is in the brain. even if i struck an artery i only was using a 25g needle and the dmg to the artery must have been momentarily repaired after the puncture.

I am suprised that it moved so fast down your leg. I have had gear work its way down from my shoulder to my elbow before but it took a least 2 days. I don't think that you are internally bleeding and the blood is seeping down you leg. It does'nt do that the blood would pool in the area and it would look like a masssive bruise that would turn purple. If a lot of the gear seaped on top of the muscle fascia it will travel down as gravity pulls it and it will hurt as the crystals in the oil will irritate the hell out of the skin and muscle. It will eventually absorb however much more slowly then if injected into the muscle directly. Your fine, just make sure you are goin in all the way with the 1" pin or get 1.5 to make sure you are deep in the muscle.

i went to the doc today. she said that i diddnt inject deep enough into my muscle tissue and that the oil was flowing down my leg on top of my muscle tissue, she prescribed me some pain killers and said i should just stay off it for a few days.

you might as well go see a walk in dr pay your fee tell the truth, why not nothing to lose? better than finding out you have an internal staff infection and your knee cap rots off. (trying to scare you to see a dr cause it sounds some what serious)
