20mg/day of nolva will surface?

when i will be running this i will run it all throough my cycle at 20mg/day and up until pct aswell so from day1 to pct 20mgs/day will that be enough to keep estrogen down or is there still a chance that i can get estrogen sides like gyno even though i am takeing 20mg/day, hole cycle.

So, what are you running?

an AI is preferred during cycle

nolvadex, a SERM, is more beneficial during pct

in the cycle you posted, personally i would try arimidex @ 0.5mg ED while 'on'

sry if u guys didnt no this is my 2nd cycle yes i have pct figured out and under control i have it all under control i am just worried. I feel its enough 20mg/day to keep gyno away at those doses seem very small but yes. Just want to no will 20mg/day for the whole cyclbe be good?

I guess you didn't read plzr's post. An AI (Aromatase Inhibitor) will be more benficial...AI's include Arimidex, Letrozole, or Aromasin.

SERMs (Nolva, or clomid) are best left for PCT. Especially when running Deca, Nolva may NOT suffice for gyno control.

AIs will work better...They reduce estrogen systemically, so it will help reduce bloat and prevent gyno.

i cant get AI i can only get nolva. Cant import that into australia so i cant order anything from AR. i guess i just need to worry about prog gyno right? but the dose is low? prog gyno is different right and is rare side effect?
