Evening all, just had a 2ml of deca in my right cheek. done this many times before, but this time i keep getting little twinges. I was just wondering what it could be? Thanks.

could also be just your muscle reacting to it. Mine does it sometimes, like when you stick it in and when your injecting it will twinge a little bit ?
