    ok, ive done 3 cycles before the last one was last june and was tren/prop for 10 weeks. ive been nat. since. im planing my next cycle which will prob be in 3 months or so, now i was goin to run tren/ prob again,i was also goin to throw in mastron b/c i heard it helps with the sides and winny. what do u guys think? should i throw in any kind of orals?? i can get anything i want some nice gains. my stats r 5'9" 190 pounds about 18 % body fat <-- i know its high thats why im waitin, so i can get it down.

    1- 10 tren
    1 - 12 test ____
    mastron ?? not sure how long
    winny 9 - 12?? is that good

    Not trying to sound like a dick bro, but your stats arent very impressive considering you have 3 cycles under your belt.

    IMO you need to halt any upcoming cycle plans, and put more focus on your diet and training.

    AAS usage is nothing without a structured diet and solid training regime, these two aspects need to be spot on to see optimal results from any cycle.

    Also im just curious as what you mean that you have heard masteron helps with sides?

    Run Tread, not tren...

    No offense, bro but at 5'9",190, 18%BF, you should strongly consider 12 weeks of tread, not tren. Cardiobol 30 mins/ED. Diet could prob use a tune up.
    That's #1 and #2. #3 is AAS.
    You could start May 1........ and look like Ronnie by the 4th of July.

    get body fat down to atleast 14% and 3 cycle done and under 200 pound and after you drop fat youll be even lighter, diet cant be good.

    i understand, well when i say 3 cycles, i mean when i was young and stupid, i experimented with juice like i did deca and d bol, and i did a cycle of test and deca but all of those were before i found this site and researched. so if u think about it i only really did 1 cycle right which was last year which was the tren/prop. i gain about 25 pounds and keped about 15 and the BF im onnly guessin b/c i dont have a BF calculator. i only said 3 b/c i know alot of u guys was goin to say tren is not for beginers. so iahve experimented
