    Feeling abnormally lethergic after workout

    I just started my thrid cycle,

    75mg prop ED 1-8week
    75mg tren ace ED 1-6week
    B complex 1ml ed
    novla
    animal pak
    cutting diet

    I've been feeling abnormally lethargic after workout to the point where I want to just passout. I usually goto the gym during my lunch break at work, so you can see how its a problem i passout after lunch.

    I get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, work out 5 days a week, cardio everymorning for 45min


    Any ideas what i can do?

    test flu?

    I get that some times, and was told I was overtraining. I think your cardio might be 15-20 minutes too much. Maybe cut back to 3 X week. Skip a day for 10 days and see if you don't have more energy. It worked for me. Do same workout in 10 days instead of 5. Just bust ass. Day off. Bust ass. Day off. Then work back up to your old routine. Toss in a few low glycemic carbs.

    ill try doing everyother day for the next week, let myself rest.

    I think it's just test flu, its become more evidant today, I've had the classic symptoms of the flu all day today.
    it should burn off in a week, it just sucks because im doing 8 weeks on this cycle, 1/8 of my cycle is going to be less than optimal.
