Thread: Back problems and winny

    Winny + back problems

I'm about 2 weeks into the winny cycle, and have been getting back spazams. The back prolblem started before taking the winny so I dont think winny has anything to do with my back pains, unless my back has gotten worse with the winny. Because of these pains I dont think I will be able to work out for another 3-4 days. Should stay off the winny until I get back into training, or just continue taking it even though I won't be working out. Thanks for the help.

winny is known to dry joints, do you feel the pain in the muscle or in your actual spine? or some other bone/joint?

Winstrol is horribile on joints, and a fair amount of people report bad backpumps while "on."

I do alot of running in my training, so I haven't run winstrol yet.

I read about how it is hard on the joints, but i figured that would include knees, elbows or shoulders not the back. I wouldn't say its in my spine because its more on the right bottom side of my back. But it just cramps up really bad just when i'm walking or just sitting up from the chair. So I think its more muscle oriented. Should I take a day or two off the winny to see how my back reacts? Or maybe reduse the dose I'm taking which is 2 40mg injections a day? I would just hate to jeapordize my cycle if I stop. Do you think the pain will go away as I continue to take the winny? Thanks for the responses.

    Back problems and winny

Anyone else experience back problems while on winny. I know it effected the joints, but not the back. Its giving me painfull cramps in my lower right back. Seems more muscle then bone/joints. But its a f*ckin nightmare waking up in the morning. I'm hoping its not the winny and that it was because I slept wrong on a 5 hour flight. I would hate to stop training but it is so painful I can't train. But i'm nursing my back with heat and limiting the training. Is there anything I can take to counter balance the pain I am receiving from winny, thats if it is winny. Thanks a lot.

It's horrible on joints, and alot of people report bad back pumps while on aswell.

It could be completely unrelated. Has it been sore just since the flight, or since you started taking winstrol?

Switch from winney to test & deca. Deca is number one for joints. GH
would help heal. Winney will dry out your bones.
