I NEED YOUR OPINIONS AND MAYBE SOME RESULTS FROM PREVIOUS TRIERS. I'VE BEEN LIFTING FOR OVER 2 YEARS BUT NOW SINCE BEGGINNIG OF THIS YEAR BEEN REALLY SERIOUS. I AM 6 FEET TALL AND I WEIGHED 279 IN JAN RIGNT NOW I WEING 241. MY GOAL IS GET DOWN TO 200. I WANT THE LEAN AND CUT LOOK. I'M STARTING MY FIRST CYCLE OF CLEN AND WINNY.
I NEED TO KNOW IS THAT IS CLEN AND WINNY BETTER THAN TAKING XENADRINE OR HYDROXYCUT? AND IF IT IS HOW MUCH BETTER. PLEASE WOULD LIKE SOME ADVICE
Clen didn't work on me. But neither does Xenadrnie. I mean, what I'm saying is maybe it helped with fat loss...but as far as getting a "kick" from either. Nope. Winny is awesome though.
Do you know how to run clen? 2 weeks on 2 weeks off(ECA) right?
STart at 2 tabs, and increase one per day till you either can't take the side effects, or you reach the max amount of 7 tabs. run your max dose until day 14, then drop it cold turkey and get on Xenadrine, then after 2 weeks of no clen, start back on it with the same regimen. :\/:
Run the winny for 6 weeks at 50mg ed.
