Clen in pill or liquid

What are peoples take on liquid or pill clen ? Have some tried both, any major differences? Thanks

Never tried pills, but I can attest from personal experience as well as experience from people on this board that the clen from ar-r is legit and works wonders if you know how to diet and dose.

i dont think theres a big difference, the liquid might get into your system faster,

the stuff from lion nutr. doesnt taste that bad, and its alot easier imo

pills will cost you more. ARR has a great product. It is better value than pills and you can be sure that it is legit (which you cant with pills, lots of eastern european fakes about)

i have used both and i prefer liquid clen . Higher absorption rate, quicker response, and as pb said, there are lots of fakes w/ tabs. Personally, i feel aqueous oral solutions are far superior overall, dare i say revolutionary
