clen and t3
I know that I am probably on the wrong forum, but I just recieved a bottle of liquid clen and liquid t3. I recently had a baby 5 months ago and have been dieting and excercising and am just not losing. My question is I have the info on the proper dosage of the clen, but what is the proper dosage of the t3 and do I take it while taking the clen? Sorry, i am really new at this. I am trying to lose around 50 lbs. I would appreciate anyone's help thanks.

if your trying to lose 50lbs i doubt clen and t3 are an effective game plan,
i would focus on cardio alot and your diet. maybe even something stronger.
(lasix, ephedrine, xenical... the list goes on

though perfectbeasts post should be very helpful on clen info, it didn't seem to answer all your questions, so here goes...
as far as your diet and exercise, post your diet in the forums. a lot of people tend to cut their calories too low too quick and end up slowing their metabolism. you only want to cut your calories little by little each week, and not your protein and not much fat either. the cut should be mostly from your carbs. every fourth day, have a larger portion of carbs for the entire day to keep your metabolism from slowing down at all. do a search for carb loading/depletion to find out more about this very effective method.
as far as your exercise, what are you doing? cardio alone isn't much good as although you'll burn some fat doing it, it will also burn off muscle if you don't do any weight training along with it. cardio is of course better than nothing, but if you want to have a good physique as opposed to a smaller one, i'd advise some light weight training too. it's not just about losing weight. the main focus should be lowering your bodyfat % while maintaining as much muscle as possible.
as far as the clen, if you've never taken it before, i would not begin at the 60mcg that perfectbeast recommended. personally all i need to take is 60mcg/day and at 80mcg my hands shake like a crackheads.
as far as combining the clen and t3, some people do it, but i think it's a very bad idea. for starters, clen is anti-catabolic, meaning it will help preserve muscle while burning bodyfat. t3 is not as selective and will burn both bodyfat AND muscle as an energy source. personally i don't touch t3 as when i had taken it i was losing just as much fat as muscle, whereas with clen i don't lose any muscle whatsoever.
another issue with combining these two is it will put a lot of stress on several of your bodies functions. there's even someone on this board who personally knew someone who had a heart attack while taking just moderate doses of the two compounds together. now, maybe the heart attack was from the combo, maybe it wasn't, but do you really want to take the chance? personally, i say just take as much clen as you can stand and leave it at that one compound. combining those kind of chems is just not a good idea. the last thing you want to do is leave your baby without a mother all because she wanted to lose some weight. do it sensibly and don't worry, you'll get there. good luck.

If I was 50lbs overweight I wouldn't be using clen and t3. You can easily lose 25lbs before needing those supps IMO.
