Nolva and Ldex dosage

I think i got this right but could someone just make sure.

and just for referance heres the cycle
test e 400mg/week
45mg dbol/day

Ldex - .5mg eod dose: 1mg/ml the syringe is the 1 ml from lion so id take .5 ml correct? also do i start this the first day of my test shot

nolva - 40 mg ed dose: 20mg/ml take .2 ml correct?

Unless your very prone to estrogenic side effects, I dont think one SERM (Nolva) and one AI (Liquidex) are needed. Its overkill.

IMHO, use Liquidex at 0.5mg/EOD and see how you get on.
