Letro dosage??

I've been trying to get this question answered all evening...please someone help me out here. I've tried searching thread..can't find one.

I received my letro from ar-r. I can't find out how many Mg. per squirt/spray????

I'm trying to keep it at .25mg a day, but i can't find out info on how many squirts that would consist of.

1 pump = 0.25 mg
10 pumps = 2.50 mg
